The Cedefop report "Teachers and trainers in a changing world – Luxembourg: Building up competences for inclusive, green and digitalized vocational education and training (VET)" gives an overview of the main types of teaching staff involved in initial VET as well as their initial and continuing training. It also presents the professional development of in-company trainers.

The role of partnerships between schools and companies in the professional development of teachers and trainers is also addressed. Finally, the report presents national and European Union-funded projects and initiatives in the field of developing teachers' skills in digital, sustainable development and supporting learners at risk.
