Cofunding of company training

Information sessions in Luxembourgish and French

Is your company established in Luxembourg and does it mainly carry out its activities there?

You may request a State aid for the training of your employees. It corresponds to 15% (taxable) of the annual amount invested in training. This financial support is accessed by submitting a co-funding application.

An extra 20% is taken into account in terms of the salary costs of participants who do not hold a qualification recognised by the public authorities and who have been employed in the company for less than 10 years, as well as qualified employees over 45 years old at the start of implementing the company's training plan.

The INFPC guides the companies applying for financial aid from the State for company training and processes the applications.

To find out more, attend the information sessions organised by the INFPC in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth and the professional chambers. You may also consult all the useful information concerning the cofunding of company training on the lifelong-learning.lu portal.
