Co-funding legislation The INFPC constitutes the reference body, delegated by the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training for the instruction of the co-funding applications. In fact the law allows companies that are legally established in Luxembourg to benefit from financial assistance equal to 10% net of tax of the annual amount invested in CVT. In addition the INFPC provides the educational and informational support to companies faced with the difficulty of drawing up their applications in accordance with the law. Examination of the co-funding applications As reporter-secretary, the INFPC directs requests for co-funding applications submitted by companies. This task consists in a qualitative and quantitative compliance analysis with reference to the eligibility criteria set by the legislation. Once the application has been analysed, the INFPC submits its conclusions to the advisory committee. This then communicates its findings to the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training who takes the final decision.   Between 2000 and 2006, the INFPC examinated 2.300 co-funding requests resulting in a total grant of 120 millions euros. The explanatory notice which provides information related to the indicators that must be considered, the documents to be supplied, the formulas to be applied and the sections to be completed.
